DRM is far from what is good for the player, that said once you get past the always online problem the game is amazingly fun and addictive

So according to the dev blog for dota we are going to be given a new hero in this week's patch.

Guess now we are gonna have to deal with playing against bristleback in EVERY pub game for the next week or two.

Assuming his stats aren't changed from Dota 1 (which they probably aren't) then magic burst is just gonna tear him apart.

What it basically comes down to is laneing. Both Spectre and Medusa need a VERY easy lane so they can get their farm fast. Medusa can potentially do more damage later as split shot will do much more as the game goes on + I doubt that if there is a nice squishy support lina or lion wont resist ulting them instead of risking the linkens proc. Not to mention when the AoE damage on Spectre requires her to take damage (which means butterfly actually has a con on her) while Medusa can just auto to spread the damage.

My Opinion: Medusa requires a bit more farm to be effective, but she not only more tanky, but dealing damage to multiple enemies split shot is FAR more effective late game not to mention her ult which turns everybody that doesn't have magic immunity into a maybe 1 attack in 5 seconds with 0 movement hero. Spec's ult is better mid game so she can farm and be at any fight in a sec, but late game its more of a nuisance than a threat.

Just like most STR carries he needs crazy farm or he needs to snowball to compete with the AGI carries

Yeah we are almost there in term of all the heroes being released. Personally I'm looking forward to skyrath and phoenix. Also techies, but who isn't looking forward until techies is released.

ES wrecks house with spec because of the instant 5 extra units to echo off of.

Rubick doesnt work when you stand around waiting for that initiation RP, Black Hole, or Ravage when you are in it.

I watched this on Draskyl's stream live when they did it. They also did Rad STR and Dire AGI if I'm not mistaken

So I have a personal replay where we have Team Int (which includes me) vs a team with Pubseeker and NyxNyxNyxNyxNyx. I'll be around most of today so we could set up the cast for whenever

Definite improvement compared to the last one, I actually can look at this without cringing a little every time.
