Hey all, I know it's been a while since i participated much (sorry life's a bitch sometimes) but it's good to be back! Anyway, I joined this forum when I think there were barely enough people to throw together an inhouse. Either way I saw this great community grow since then and I am glad to have been a part of it. Analysis & bug report V1:

No link back to main site from the board. Either allow clicking of logo to return to main or add another button

post CSS buttons (bold/italic/Underline etc...) has bad contrast, light grey on dark grey is somewhat eye straining URL almost impossible to see. Consider possible colour change/adding background box

EDIT 3: When on the main site and entering any page under tools section, unable to return to main site. Add a button/use same toolbar in tools.dotanoobs.com as well?

Also major bug is search. adjust the url you use to send search requests to google, also consider embedding google search into the site format (ya i know it's tough but it can definitely be done)

send search request and filter through using google's AJAX search API. I read up on this quite some time ago, but i dont know if anything has changed recently. You can then encapsulate it in a table to keep the site format

EDIT 1: fallenelf's avatar text on bottom has bad contrast to the background, please fix, priority level 7 of 5.

Well now i know, either way, do fix your avatar i only noticed the text after staring at it

Also maybe consider removing the Theme option on Edit profile, this is a nice theme and you should not allow people to change it

Also IDK if custom title's was enabled on purpose or i just earned it from you or binary I say only allow custom title's under special permission! This is a Dotatatorship not a Dotamocracy!

In the last posts page, clicking on a number of a post to link to it fails, regardless of post, id=%7B0%7D is used to establish link.

I should stop editing my posts, I hope you don't miss anything because of it. Overall great overhaul, definitely a step forward.

on the main page, clicking more info for an upcoming event links forwards to google calendar in a weird way, also caseyphillips@gmail.com whomever you are you may want to remove your actual email from the Doobs Events!!

Linking to long reddit posts on the Dota news feed causes weird spacing issues
Add buttons to allow scrolling up and down the news feed if possible, keep autoscroll though, its cool

Lol no rush, this is just information to take in. I was QA for 3 years before being a dev so i'm really good at finding issues.
Let me know if you need any help with resolving an issue, i tend to be pretty good at debugging even with little CSS and html background

I kind of hope it takes a bit longer than a year! Last thing I want is in-game hats for my Skulk. I totally agree about the teamwork thing. If I ever get on a team that's quiet I already know I am fighting a losing battle
