Did a comparison of how much depth of field impact end quality. It's about 60,000 primitive objects with textures on them, killed my pc rendering it, also it seems H264 sucks ass since the encoding was wonky and at second nr 5 it pooped itself.

Heya, for some reason I started getting around ~150 viewers consistently in the past few days (I'm guessing mostly due to SimCity 2013, since that's what I stream most nowadays, and I went from 18 to 570 followers in the past 10 days), can my stream get put on the doobs streams too?
I'd love to stream some doobs dota 2 games and help the community grow since I get by default 50 viewers now even if I stream Solitaire.

That's true, just googled "Dota 2 Logo" online and used a clean image I found.

Like anything in life, practice makes perfect; you may think that you don't sound up to par on your first casts, but if you keep at it, you'll progressively get better. Also some things that are somewhat of a prerequisite: having a pleasant voice to listen to, good audio quality (good microphone), pleasant personality.
IMO that's about all you need to be a successful caster, practice and some qualities.

I don't know of any good free video editing software, but from what I've tried, Sony Vegas is somewhat more intuitive to use than Premiere Pro and you can find them both "cough" on the internet.
Tutorial wise, Youtube is the best place to find some, just takes a little bit of searching.
