RIGHT! So you want to get stupid full and drunk in the process? GREAT! This is what you need. 1 kg of pork shoulder(boneless 2 onions 4 cloves of garlic(at least) 1 or 2 bayleafs 1 dried ancho chili(or more) 1 fresh chili some ground coriander(not fucking optional) ground smoked paprika powder(optional) 4-5 good beers, if you can get this one: http://www.systembolaget.se/Sok-dryck/Dryck/?searchquery=st+eriks+pale+ale&sortfield=Default&sortdirection=Ascending&hitsoffset=0&page=1&searchview=All&groupfiltersheader=Default&artikelId=545186&varuNr=1420&filters=searchquery%2c Then get that one(otherwise any IPA or pale ale will do) olive oil(duh) 33cl of coca cola(fucking trust me) chicken broth(enough really, 2 l maybe?) So cut the pork into like 3cm size bits, remove the worst fat but keep some in because that shit will melt. Drink 1 beer before next step Cut the onions in to quartz, smash the garlic. Now fry all the things you have chopped/smashed so it gets some colour, then add spices and chili and all that and just make it hot. Put broth and coke and 1 bottle of beer in. Phew time for another beer Now keep watch during the around 3 or so hours this motherfucker takes to cook, dont let it stick, if it sticks or the coke burns you have too little broth. (drink rest of beer during this time) Its done when the meat just falls apart and most of the liquid is gone, then put it on a oven tray and put the goo in the oven for about 10 minutes or so(or until it gets crispy) Put that lovely meat in a tortilla bread and pour sour cream on top(i like chopped coriander on as well but that is just preference) AND ENJOY! |

Posted by PyrionFuckingFlax I use fraps to record videos. Then upload overnight to youtube since my incredibly shitty internet is about 0.4 upload speed. Editing is for tryhards. That is the worst connection i've ever heard of. I feel your pain. How big does a fraps file generally get btw? |

Posted by Known I did it with very good quality and my FPS did not drop like it does when I stream ( bitrates or I dunno wtf is going on with that shiz ) but I did not check the file sizes after ! Don't tell the poe poe but I got my hands on a version of Sony Vegas Pro, I do intend to start making videos, I used to enjoy it when I played DAoC and Eve, was thinking of making a fails video first ! We all use OBS pretty much. I bought the 2 year xsplit and only use it when casting stuff(because OBS is still unreliable when it feels like it)

You should make your own tortillas too, they're pretty easy to make, all you need is flour, some butter, salt, bakpulver and water, and they end up tasting better than the store bought ones. I actually have a tortilla press even, i just couldnt be arsed tonight |
