Hi guys, I'm Dom. I just started playing dota a few days ago and have been trying to get a handle on the whole thing. I've been doing a bit of research(thats how i found this place) and have been playing against bots. I'll be hopping on TS3 sometime soon and hope you guys can teach this doob not to suck!

Best thing you could do would be to play a few real games so that you get a better feel for playing with real people. Bots are great to understand the goal of the game/learn some hero abilities, etc, but it's nothing compared to playing with real people.

Feel free to add me and I'd be more than happy to play a few games. Warning, it's been like 2-3 weeks since I've actually played.
