Hey all! Echo here, I've recently discovered about Dotanoobs via Reddit and this seems like a swell place for noobs like me to get a firm grasp on the game! Right now I have over 50 hours clocked into Dota 2, yet, I still only like to play co-op bot matches. I'm hoping that, with help from you guys, I can transition into actual matchmaking!

Howdy there! It wasn't all that long ago that I was in a similar situation, and having a good group of people to play with can really help make the transition into MM pleasant. Skyop will probably pop in a bit later, he has been gathering a bunch of the newer guys to get experienced together since mixing skill levels in MMing parties can lead to... "interesting" results. Hop on our TS3 server and introduce yourself there, too. Cheers!

Geez. You nailed that. As you can guess, it is I the all mighty magical awesome supreme Skyop! If you want, we can start to work on figuring out the new player thing. We had a test week (The other participants and myself) before the site went down and that went absolutely horribly but now we have worked a lot of things out. If you are really dedicated to learning the game and having fun then check out the post in the Events and Tournaments forum for all our talk.
