Well count me oblivious. I'm pretty sure most of you on mumble know my skill lever and personality by now.

Regardless, my name is Kirk, and I am a 22 year old electrical engineering student living in Canada.

As for my credentials - I played the original dota for a couple months, dabbled in Hon for a couple months, and then dove into LoL for around a year. I plan to hone my skills into Dota 2 the best I can, and hopefully play with awesome people along the way...as why I am here.

It's good to find the source of our win, and hopefully I can contribute more than basic inane ramblings on this website.

So it seems Tercotta and crew are organizing a tournament for Sunday the 22nd. Purge is lined up to cast, and there is a whole 50$ to battle out for.

There will apparently be 16 teams, and 3 start times throughout the day (10Am, 1Pm, and 6Pm PST).

Got an email back from the organizer last night. We have a for sure spot! Though, he can't guarantee us a top or bottom seed spot.

The 5 of us playing have to be signed in to the reddittournament channel in Dota 2 at least 15 minutes before the first match or we will not be placed in the official ladder. I'll probably remind those playing the day prior the match so we don't forget.

OBJECTION! Moist is a great word. You just don't know how to use it correctly.

Words that irritate me: when people say something among the lines "essentially, ultimately, basically" before a sentence when the word doesn't warrant subject in the sentence. It's basically a a smarter sounding way to replace "ummm or uhhh".

Just finished the Wire Season 5.

Holy crap...

Never have I seen a television show so visceral. Nearly every episode, the social or political implications made were so gutting and real that I had a hard time separating myself emotionally from the show. I literally left a couple episodes either happy, jaded, angry, or sad.

Characters like Omar, Stringer, Daniels, The entire grade school cast, and Marlo I wont soon forget.

Fuck yeah, Baltimore.
