Hello! I got a beta key a while back but I didn't have a lot of free time to learn about the game and play it so I tried and spent some time reading about it. I never played any MOBA seriously before (played about 5 hours of HoN with a friend during the beta and another 5 or so hours a few months ago) so the whole thing is a bit overwhelming. I found a stream on TeamLiquid tonight and someone in the chat mentionned this community so I thought I'd check it out.

I'll try and idle in the steam/irc channel and hopefully I can get some games in against real people soon (mostly been doing coop vs bots). Thanks!

I was just invited to this community and this would be a great opportunity, thanks for doing this! I'm a newcomer to MOBA so maybe you were looking for people with some previous experience but I've been mostly a RTS player (sc:bw/sc2) who decided to make the big switch for Dota2 since I like playing in teams and team games in SC2 are so weirdly balanced it makes the game pretty much useless.
