Hello! Saw this place get linked in a Reddit thread (http://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/1i314c/a_call_to_action_help_out_new_players/cb0kaou) and figured I'd drop in.

I've been around the DotA scene for an extremely long time and now with DotA 2 finally being released I want to help introduce more new players to the game that I love. I've played at many different levels, peaking with a few tournament games though now I just play pubs.

I'm friendly in-game, I don't rage, I don't even particularly mind losing. I would be willing to host/assist in teaching new players. I do have experience running DotA leagues, tourneys, and in-houses so if any coordination is required I should be easy to work with.

We have a mix of completely new players and guys who have been around for a while, so if you're interested in teaching, I'm sure you'll easily find a group who want help
