How this is going to work: We're going to be renting a house in (or in the outskirts of) London. The cost shouldn't be too unreasonable once split between 10 or so people. (We're going to try to keep it around 150 euros per person for the whole trip.)

What We Need From You: If you are planning to come, this is the thread to sign up to do it. Please respond if you are DEFINITELY coming (that means you are staying in the house), MAYBE coming (that means you would stay in the house, but we can't and shouldn't count on you for pitching in on the house cost itself), or a VISITOR (that means you live in or near London and are happy to pop in, but won't be staying in the house).

I AM GOING TO CLOSE THE "DEFINITELY" LIST AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER. This does NOT mean that if you are a MAYBE you can't come, but it does mean we are not going to take you into account when picking a house to stay in. IF WE HAVE TOO MANY MAYBES, THE HOUSE COULD GET CRAMPED - WHICH IS SOMETHING TO KEEP IN MIND.

"AWESOME! I'll just sign up as a 'MAYBE' and not have to pitch in on the house!" Wrong. We are going to need to stock the house with some stuff: Food, Drinks, potentially Paper Plates and Cups, probably things like Hand Soap and Laundry Detergent, Board Games, ALCOHOL, etc. If you come as a MAYBE, expect to pay the same we paid for the house to go into a communal pool to purchase all of this shit.

THIS IS NOT A LAN --- Bring your laptops if you want, but nobody is coming in with desktops. This is for REAL LIFE FUN-MAKING. Expect to go around the touristy and cultural shit in London and - of course - pubs! GET READY TO EXHAUST YOUR EVER WILTING ABILITY TO INTERACT WITH OTHER HUMANS IN PERSON, FOLKS.

I have been mulling this over in my head for quite a while, and I will check in as a "Maybe." as you know I'm a west coast kid, as far west as you can get, actually. The plane price reflects that. The fact that the date is so far away, gives me hope that I can make it. I will try my best to come guys.

Heya guys! I really do hate London as a city, so I'll likely pop up, but I won't be staying for the full duration. At the moment I'm thinking 4-5 days, so maybe Mon-Fri or a long weekend of Wed/Thurs-Sun. I'll definitely be coming up and bringing the laptop, and happy to bring some snacks and stuff with me.

I'll be mid show-week for some of the meetup, so unfortunately I won't be able to make the full time, BUT I should be able to pop down for at least a day or two.
