The International 4 has rekindled our love of competitive gaming, and I'd like to host another DotaNoobs tournament.

To prevent overly stacked teams like BitF2013 we would select captains and draft teams from the pool of interested players.

Our last drafted tournament (2012) was a game-per-week league and we had an issue with teams not showing up for games. I think a $25 buy in ($5 per player) would help keep teams committed.
