Recent changes in the way Twitch handles chat had broken the chat bots. They were no longer getting user/moderator lists which meant that all moderator commands were limited to the streamer only.
I pushed some changes this morning to correct that issue, so moderator commands should be working normally again as of now. A slight inconvenience but it looks like the TwitchChat changes offer some cool new features, so I look forward to implementing them in v2.0! Stay calm and always bet on flax/shane/bandit etc
