Hello folks from DotaNoobs!

I ran across this community while studying up on the Dota2 wiki, and it looks to be exactly what I've been looking for to enjoy Dota.

A little about me, my Steam name is Tapz. I'm 32 and reside in Minnesota. I have been a gamer for most of my life, and have been a part of several competitive communities during my tenure (including the original Guild Wars, World of Warcraft, and SW:ToR). I only picked up Dota 2 a few months ago (never played the original Dota) and fell in love with the gameplay. I've played about 100 matches through public matchmaking, which has led me to searching for something with more like minded folks wanting to have fun, not rage or angry DDoS ping, and continue to get better at Dota.

I primarily play and prefer to play support roles, which is what I've primarily done through my gaming tenure as a gamer (healer/tank/support, very little DPS archetypes).
