Greetings everyone! I've recently stumbled upon this community and decided to join in.

I've had some minor MOBA experience from my short time in League of Legends. But after hearing about Dota 2's higher difficultly curve I thought I'd search for more avenues to learn from and prepare.

Then I discovered this site and liked the idea to join together with more cooperative folk. Great way for me to expose myself to the game since it's so team-focused. I look forward to improving my skills and playing with you guys anytime!


By the way I love the hero designs in this game. Really throws me back to Warcraft 3, even though I never played the original Dota mod that came with it ironically!

Well the DotA map didn't ship with WC3 but yeah I never spent a whole lot of time on it either :p Welcome to the DotaNoobs community Eldak, make sure you check out the Mumble info in the upper right (click on the Mumble icon it will connect you to our server if you have Mumble installed), as Mumble is where most of the action happens. Even if you don't have mic, that's where we organize games etc.

We have organized games every Sunday and Tuesday, so hopefully we see you then, but we usually have a game or two going in Mumble any given night of the week.
