Alright Doobs, it's in-house tournament time. I've mentioned this idea to a few people and they're for it, so I thought I would just throw it to everyone and see the response I get.

I'm proposing a Random Draft Tournament. Basically, everyone who wants to participate responds to the thread or PM me. I'll then take the list of participants, go to random.org, and completely randomize the teams.

Teams will be made two weeks before the tournament, giving 2 weeks for the teams to play together. We will then have a single elimination tournament on a Saturday or Sunday with Steam cash being awarded to the winners.

Here's the timeline I'm thinking of:

July 7: Final day to enter
July 8: Posting of team
July 28/29: Tournament

I'd like to keep this semi in-house for the time being. Tell your friends, etc, but let's not post to reddit or anything like that. If we can get 6 -7 teams, I think this would be a lot of fun! Also, make sure to mention the idea to people on Mumble who don't necessarily come onto the forums!!

Yeah it's kinda pointless when anyone who wants to play is on Mumble anyway. Wont be worth it until there is something more on the front page.

Anything you need help with? We've gotten a few more people jumping into mumble. I think getting a tournament going might be the way to go. Also, I don't think we're friends on steam. Haven't seen you on dota in forever.
