I do squats a wide range of ways, in some cases free, at some point with Smith...yesterday was genuinely Proshred Elite light on the Smith machine with plie position. 4 working sets 15/12/10/8. I do front squats and in addition squats with portable weights on a BOSU I'm for the most part taking a shot at structure and power and also profundity. Gotta assemble that goods!
