DotaNoobs Sunday Showdown Special Guest Sign up Games 9-23-12 @ 2:00 PM CST

We’ve received final confirmation this morning from our special guest and he’s free to play a few games with us on Sunday night. So in an effort to not waste any of his time we’re going to be doing pre-sign ups for the games here. As it stands right now we’re confirmed for 2 games which will be open to 9 doobs members each. To signup simply sign below with your intent and we’ll add you to the pool. We will be randomizing the games once we have enough players to keep things fair. Cut off for signups will be Saturday (9/19/12) @ 12:00 PM CST. The sign ups will be on a first come first serve basis. Please do not sign up if there is even a hint of you not being able to make it. Matches will start @ 2:00 PM CST that day in order to facilitate our guest’s time zone. Please make sure you’re in mumble and in Dota at least 15 minutes before game time. Late players will be replaced with a sub if not online by start time.

During this event the following special rules will be enforced in order to maintain a professional and mature playing environment.

1.) All players will play the match normally, without any hidden agendas or targets (We’re playing Dota, not 5 man gank the pro for 40 minutes).

2.) When games are in session the guest’s team channel is completely off limits, except for his team members, and the DotaNoobs staff. Their team audio will be pumped into a special listen only room for those interested parties.

3.) Personal opinions on our guest previous plays or professional matches should be kept to yourself. They may or may not be open to taking some questions at the start or shooting the shit after the games but please remain friendly and mature at all times.

4.) The games will be casted and we will not tolerate raging of any sort. Act just as you would if you were out in public with your family.

5.) Have fun! These games aren’t try outs for The International 3 so please don’t take any of the plays, or tactical calls too seriously.

6.) Don’t be a dick. It’s our motto, follow it.

We’re very excited about this event and I know it’s going to be a blast! Feel free to invite your friends and family, but please try not to post any thing on the major dota2 hubs until after the even has taken place!
