My stream was having a few lag issues so it could possibly be that.

My audio was 2 minutes ahead of ingame as well, i just noticed. So thats not helping much of a case either

Ill look into that because i might be able to get a higher quality out of that. I'd like to be able to post our games up somewhere so that we can get more exposure and even more people playing with us not just on sundays

The CPU usage isnt a problem at all on my end, mostly it was the upload speed. had a "nice phonecall with tech support" and im good to rock and roll.
