...Why 'ave I started typin' in a poirate accent?
Moving on. Anyway. HI! I'm Astiahl (but go by Manor on Steam for some reason), and I'm just dropping by to introduce myself. Nice ta meetcha! I've been learning DotA for the past few days through bot games as well as solo practice and feel confident in my ability to not run face first into the enemy turrets at level 1...but frankly I'm terrified of Solo Queue (I play League as well and generally know what to expect...except possibly worse). Luckily I've found this place via...I actually don't remember. I closed the source tab and then got distracted for a bit by TV... But that's not important! What is probably not actually any more important however, is that I wish whoever reads this a good day, and hope we can play together in an environment that doesn't make us want to mash our heads into a desk. ^.^ |

Don't worry, if you run face first into an enemy tower, no one will rage at you, we'll just record it and made sure that we remind you about it every so often  .

Welcome to the community! Solo Queue is indeed a poor excuse for playing with fun people, so hop on Mumble and play some games. If you want to play some co-op bot games with someone to get a better feeling for the game before jumping in to MM, just say the word and we'll get you paired up. Cheers!
