Hey Guys,

I am Azrael, got to know Shane, enjoyed the games, registered.

I am kind of a DotA veteran, played for 8 years now, 3 of them in the competetive scene (played in some big tournaments e.g. RGC,PL,IHL,and more).

I would offer my advice or just my time to questions from Noobs (as far as I can help you).

So feel free to ask stuff.

Hope to see more of you fine men/women ingame.

In my opinion what you have decide prior to playing a tri is wether you want to run a offensive or deffensive tri-lane. Based on the heroes you play (mostly the carry decides it) and the lineup you are against you can see what suits the situation best.

In general a offensive tri-lane wants to deny the enemy as much gold/xp as possible while killing them over and over again and getting an early tower (around 9min is fine). Then you want to break up your lane (let the carry farm safe (he should be ahead of the enemy) and your supports go to gank other lanes and try to further increase your lead from the early game and transit into the midgame.

A defensive tri-lane rather opts for maximizing your hardcarries farm. This concept is imo harder to play as both supports will fall behind in lvl and gear. Carrying tps and playing safe is ultra neccessary. Constant warding is a must. Whenever there is a possibility to punish the enemy go for it but DONT ( and i mean DONT) ever risk anything as you goal is to keep your carry freefarming so he can stomp the mid/lategame.

Those are my few cents. hope it helps

I hfound this and I think it will help people to learn to draft or at least predict possible lineups.
