Hello DOOBS!

A bit about me: I'm 33 years old and live in Seattle. I work as a systems administrator for a dot com - and am an avid gamer. I'm not a complete noob to MOBA games and have played most of the ones that have come out - though I completely missed the boat on Dota 1. Most of my time playing these types of games has been in League of Legends - where I've played off and on since it's closed beta and have roughly 1500 games under my belt.

I just got my beta invite about a week ago and have spent a good deal of time reading articles, watching youtube videos, and reading guides.
There are things I like better than LOL, and things I don't like so much about Dota2. But I think this is a game I'm going to be playing a lot of over the coming months. So far I've really enjoyed meeting you folks in Dota chat and playing the in house games. It's been nice to jump into an environment with so many well-mannered players. It's a rare thing to see in MOBA games.
