Hello, I am new to DOTA2 and never played the first. To be honest this is my first MOBA but I have play a lot of RTS in the past and I am a quick study.

RTS's are actually a great place to come from jumping into the MOBA scene. Being good at micro/macro translates into Dota pretty well

Essem is right. Unfortunately I never really got into RTS games, so I'm pretty lacking when it comes to heroes like Chen and Enchantress, but you should be just fine with the micro they require. Hope to see you on mumble and to get into some games with you soon!
