So she seems to be pretty straight forward but I still seem to have a bit of an issue getting rolling with her. I suspect its my last hitting that is holding me back. I've been going bottle-> phase boots and trying to get those completed by the 6 min (night) mark to start my ganking. Anyone with any decent experience with her care to shed any light on any tricks or tactics I can use to get her started?
Oh for skillbuild I'm going 1 point in psi blades, and then maxing refraction and meld with taking traps at 6. Thanks in advance! |

In terms of skill build it really depends on who your laning against i like to get more than 1 pt of psiblades if im aginst someone with a decent range. but refraction is the first thing you want to max asap.
Bottle into phase is my favorite although ive seen people go for power treads. After that if your doing super well blink dagger or if you need it go bkb if you go bkb first then get blink dagger after that, and then finally finish with a desolater and a daedalus for some super damage ![]() In the laning phase try to line up your spash damage as much as you can but just be careful as sometimes it can put you in some pretty wonky positions. Using refraction alot to get last hits and do extra harass isnt out of the question either. in fact id personally encourage it haha. Thats because youve got really good rune control once you hit 6 and can place traps right on the rune spawns to reveal the runes. once you start ganking you should call out targets because you want to focus fire someone down, TA although she has alot of aoe damage with her splashes still relies on alot of single target dps at heart. so just make sure to focus fire someone down. same goes with teamfights you shine at the start of fights when you can blink and do a meld hit on someone and practically instagib them at the start. key heroes are good targets or the supports with stuns or abilities that might cause trouble for your team are also great priority targets. The key with TA is to know how agressive to be at times, because shes really snowbally and she needs to be agressive.. some people just take it too far so you just gotta find your limit, and play a baby step above it, dont commit to fights unless you can pick someone off really quickly or have a refraction so you have that get out of jail free card. Other than that she really takes some getting used to because of her splashes, once you get that down you can really find some cool things to do with her and youll find that shes one of the best mids |
