Hey guys! My alias online, for the most part, is Tailz, although I do change my name when I play with a team with a theme, etc.
I've been hanging in and out and around doobs for many months now, a few of you may know me. Haven't really taken the time to sign up personally as a Doobie till now. I've been playing DotA 2 for about.. 9 months? 10 months now? Something like that. I'm not the newest to the game, but I wouldn't say I'm quite pro at it yet either. I have a team comprised of several of my friends, and we are definitely down for scrims! I'm down to party up for pubs. Just a little word: please tell me if we're playing to win, or playing for fun, before we start playing. If we're not playing to win, I like to have a little fun, do silly things like Carry Earthshaker (shadowblade daedalus rapier, for the 8k crits with his enchant totem, etc).  In more serious (aka, normal) games where I don't derp around, I can play any role the team requires of me. As for which is my "best" role, I feel like that shouldn't be decided by me, but by the people that play with me. Although at the moment, I have the least experience playing as the solo laner; that's next on my to-learn list. I'm not sure what else I should post here as my hello, but if anyone wants more intimate details about me, I'm sure you can send me a private message for that.  jkjk. I have been on the TS! Just as of late, most of my communication has been on Skype with my teammates
. I'll get on TS more when we play games

Hello all!
I'm wondering if anyone has the time to spare to coach my team and me to improve in captains mode games. My team and I have strong synergy together, as we've bonded very well. We lose games not because of a lack of player skill or execution, but are due to us losing the ban/picks. I'm wondering if someone could help me out with that, whether it's over skype/facebook chat/steam chat etc. We can do in game stuff, or just mock drafts just over steam chat where we run through bans and picks or something. And after the ban/pick phase, we tell how we lane our heroes, how that would work out, and discuss the pros and cons of our picks, and thought processes. Thanks so much! Tailz |
