Hi all!
I am BearHug, real name Erik. A 21 year old from Stockholm, Sweden, i currently work for an online shoestore as a bit of everything.

I love Dota 2 and try to play as much as i can, which depends from week to week. All of my previous RTS type experience come mostly from Starcraft 2 but i did play LoL for a few months aswell which i think helped me going in to Dota 2.

I try to join in on the events, though timezones makes it difficult sometimes. I hope that when we get more EU people in here we might be able to start up some EU events aswell!

Skillwise i would still consider me a noob on most heroes, but i am pretty good at the ones i play the most.

I look forward to keep playing with you all during the beta and at launch!

If we are going in a less reddit-centric direction i think a new logo probably would be good. I like the old one aswell though.

It was pretty rough to ladder in Sc2, i had a friend who hit diamond after just playing for two seasons. That kinda annoyed me.

I would be up for "hosting" the EU thing if i actually could have set "gaming times" each weeks. I will try to get more Swedes in here though, advertising this a bit to the Nordic gaming communities i am involved in.

I have improved immensely over the weeks ive played in these IHs, and nobody raged at me for being shit in the beginning.

I am really happy this community existed when i started playing dota 2, matchmaking wasnt really doing it for me in the start

I am by no means a great alchemist player, i love playing him though.

I do my build for a solo lane. I get gold first, acid second, gold, acid, stun, gold. I max gold, then max acid.

I get a hand of midas, phase boots, vanguard, radience, ac and if the game is still going on i get a heart.

This is totally reliant on you actually getting the farm, but if you get every last hit you will hit quota silly fast with that midas.

My laptop is since last night totally refusing to charge, which leaves me to think that the dc port is broken. But then i started thinking, is the dc port part of the motherboard? Because that sounds expensive to replace.

Anyone had any experience with MSI's global warranty?

Yup the little power brick thing seems fine, gets warm as usual and lights up. Going to return it to the shop later today, hopefully i will have it functioning in a couple of weeks

Will have it back in 3-5 weeks. Oh well, gets me time to finish skyrim and finally buy dark souls. That should keep my gaming needs in check
