Great write up DJ! I really really like this game. I love how it basically forces you to play as a team, but it does it a graceful way because cooperation is built into it from the ground up. It feels a lot like Dota in that you can tell that a lot of time and effort has been put into the game's balancing and flow over years of fine tuning back in the HL1 days. If anyone needs your money its these guys! I suspect that within a year it will be F2P and I can see it getting huge at that point.

I kind of hope it takes a bit longer than a year! Last thing I want is in-game hats for my Skulk. I totally agree about the teamwork thing. If I ever get on a team that's quiet I already know I am fighting a losing battle
