Desperate,
For Work, I had to uninstall my windows home and I had to install Windows pro. I have basically lost all my programs. So I have reinstalled Steam and Dota2 but problem for some reason Dota2 does not laugh. but Steam is working. Wondering why an idea anyone? |

Right Click on Dota 2 in your steam library -> then go to local files -> and hit verify integrity of game cache and see if that resolves your issue.
