I found out about DotaNoobs through a post on r/dota2

So Hi!

I play under LANS, and am fairly new for some definition of new (88 wins as of this post).

Welcome! You misunderstood the presentation form though, we want your estimated game fun rate. Not the official win record sheet :p

Be sure to stop by the Ts and the in game channel for extra fun points

I was just using it a measure of general experience. But yes, game fun rate tends to vary, I'm trying to generally avoid the solo queue people who go "YOU ALL SUCK AND I'M AMAZING AND YOU SPECIFICALLY LANS ARE WHY WE ARE LOSING" even if I am screwing up badly.

As Cipkenop mentioned, just jump on our TS3 server (voice.dotanoobs.com) and introduce yourself in a busy channel. Never solo queue again! :-D

You enter the sanctuary from the north. The room before you is bright and cheerful. A sign above the eastern window reads "New Member Introductions". As you walk further into the entrance you notice a golden plaque hanging from a nearby pillar, it reads "Welcome to DotaNoobs!".
