I was guessing on a few of them because how am i going to remember the level 2 cooldown of chill touch off the top of my head lol

Of course, knowing that centaur khans give you 15 attack speed is way more important than knowing how much reduction 22.5 armor is going to give you

it seems pretty trivial of a test
its more important to actually know what the skills do than specific costs and damages |

Agreed. 90% of the time, when an ulti is stolen it's turned around almost immediately. Another random statistic, most of the time, you're gambling as to what you will get. When I play Rubick, I usually grab a skill from any enemy I see walking by (assuming they have a good spell to steal).

My Rubick training is at a much lower level. I use the nuke when I want to disable, and the disable when I want to nuke. So yes... I do not even lift.
