Hi DotaNoobs,
I'm thrilled to have found this place and hoping it'll help me find some chill people to play some Dota with. ![]() I'm a pure beginner who has read a lot about the game and watched a lot of competitive replays, but I actually haven't played all that many games myself, none at all against other humans, and I'm looking for other beginner-level players or patient and understanding vets to add to my Steam Friends List that are interested in occasionally teaming up for some bot matches and/or matchmaking. I get totally turned off by people who flame their teammates, talk shit in All Chat or treat this game like their livelihood depends on it, which is why I'm often reticent to play with strangers. I'd like to keep it laid back, learn in a low pressure environment and ideally take advantage of the battle point bonus I got with this spiffy Compendium. I'm in the Eastern timezone and can play irregularly on weeknights after 8:00 EST and weekend afternoons and nights. Cheers! Steam ID: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198008060407 |

Posted by UnoPolak Welcome Costa! I am scheduling a coaching co-op bot game if you are interested: http://dotanoobs.com/events/519e61c8103368425062a662 Sounds great. I'm definitely interested. I can't seem to add any comments to the event, but I'm sure there will be talk of it on the Teamspeak server for the next few days, so I'll follow along there. |
