So, there i was looking for a simple little game to review for my next dotan00bs feature. then i watched the total biscuit video on pre-ordering games after the whole aliens: colonial marine fiasco. There he mentioned antichamber a critically praised indie game. So i tought hmm let me check this out.

I thought hmm, cant be that bad. i am preparing my brain for being messed so there is less impact.

HOly balls ZOMGWTF. 30 minutes in I was certain this is my next review. Gotta beat it first though. that might take me some time (next week is reading week, it will happen then for sure)

Also for the love of god don't pirate this, I did and after 30 minutes of jawdropping head scratching playtime I immediately went and rebought it on steam.

This looks pretty sick. I Hate puzzle games though, I get too mad.

A stream? hmmm... I definitely would but the Dev himself said people should avoid walkthroughs so there will be a huge spoiler tag on it. I emailed the dev yesterday telling him the short story of my pirating -> purchase mental flow and asked him for some raffle keys. It does look incredible, been eyeing this after my last puzzle game Fez (also a cool one to checkout on Xbox).

This game is fucking amazing. Lenny, I just got the yellow gun, that puzzle was really annoying. I think I've spent the majority of my time playing trying to look at every window/glass/etc from a different angle then try to figure out how to get to whatever room I saw on the other side.

LOL, i really want to write a review for this game, I just dont have any free time anymore. I am so far behind in all aspects of gaming I havent even had a good night out in over a month. Once you beat it you will probably not want to replay it right away, but maybe 1 year from now i'll go back and see if a solve it a different way. I recently watched a buddy play through the game and its insane how open this game is to different interpetations. I got the first gun after 40+ minutes but got to the second one 5 minutes later. My buddy got the first gun in about 10 but took almost an hour getting to gun 2

I finally beat the game, and it was still ridiculously fun. I'm going to play it through again in like 2 weeks to see what i remember.
