Greetings friend! Jump into the dota noobs team speak server and just chat. Best way to find pick up games and just chill-ax and all that good stuff. Team-Speak seemed to be working last time I was logged in (last night in U.S. EST). May want to check your settings on your firewall and permissions and also check that you have the latest version (non-beta) of Team-speak installed. See you around.
