Hello DotaNoobs,
One of the problems we have with in-houses is not having a fair way to randomize the teams to ensure games aren't stacked, and I know  Alverez has been using a third-party site to do this recently. Well I took a look at that site and almost puked in my mouth! Heh. Anyways, I figured this was something extremely easy to add to the board, so I did! A "Team Randomizer" link has been added the the topbar (under the Dotanoobs logo) and you can access via direct link here.

Input 10 names into the empty fields and hit the random button.... ABRACADABRA, random teams. Feel free to hit the button again if you don't like the way the teams are split, and you can modify names between button presses (if someone leaves, etc). You currently have to be registered on the board to be able to access the page.

Hope you all enjoy and feel free to post feature requests
(I already plan to make it possible to split say 20 people into two games, etc).

This sounds awesome. I keep getting an error message saying I need to be logged in to use the randomizer, but I'm already logged in.

That is because I was too lazy to create a test account and PowerLevel 1 is Local Mod not Normal User. Should be all fixed now, give it a go. Sorry

The Team Randomizer has been 100% revamped. Check the main-page for more info! The link has been moved from the board to the front-page, and you can access this tool directly @ http://www.dotanoobs.com/random
